إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ سَبَبٗا
إنا مكَّنَّا له في الأرض، وآتيناه من كل شيء أسبابًا وطرقًا، يتوصل بها إلى ما يريد مِن فَتْح المدائن وقهر الأعداء وغير ذلك.
