وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيۡهِم مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمُبۡلِسِينَ

وإنْ كانوا من قبل نزول المطر لفي يأس وقنوط; بسبب احتباسه عنهم.
