يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ يَعۡرُجُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥٓ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ

يدبر الله تعالى أَمْر المخلوقات من السماء إلى الأرض، ثم يصعد ذلك الأمر والتدبير إلى الله في يوم مقداره ألف سنة من أيام الدنيا التي تعدُّونها.
