أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ

ألم تعلم -أيها الرسول- أن الله خالق الكون ومُدبِّره ومالكه، وأنه تعالى الفعَّال لما يريد، يعذب من يشاء، ويغفر لمن يشاء، وهو على كل شيء قدير.
