وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ

وأنه سبحانه وتعالى أضحك مَن شاء في الدنيا بأن سرَّه، وأبكى من شاء بأن غَمَّه.
