Ayah: 28

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ

وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ: يَبْسُطُ مَطَرَهُ.
الْوَلِيُّ: الَّذِي يَتَوَلَّى عِبَادَهُ بِإِحْسَانِهِ.
