لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَهُمۡ فِيهِ مُبۡلِسُونَ

لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ: لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمْ.
مُبْلِسُونَ: آيِسُونَ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللهِ.
