فِيهَا يُفۡرَقُ كُلُّ أَمۡرٍ حَكِيمٍ

يُفْرَقُ: يُقْضَى وَيُفْصَلُ مِنَ اللَّوْحِ المَحْفُوظِ إِلَى الكَتَبَةِ مِنَ المَلَائِكَةِ.
أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ: أَمْرٍ مُحْكَمٍ؛ مِنَ الآجَالِ، وَالأَرْزَاقِ، فِي تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ.
