اِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ حِیْلَةً وَّلَا یَهْتَدُوْنَ سَبِیْلًا ۟ۙ
কিন্তু যিসকল অসহায় পুৰুষ, নাৰী আৰু শিশুৱে কোনো উপায় অৱলম্বন কৰিব নোৱাৰে আৰু কোনো পথ বিচাৰিও নাপায় (সিহঁতৰ বিষয়টো সুকীয়া)।
