ذٰلِكَ اَنْ لَّمْ یَكُنْ رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرٰی بِظُلْمٍ وَّاَهْلُهَا غٰفِلُوْنَ ۟
এইটো এইকাৰণে যে, অধিবাসীসকল (দ্বীন সম্পৰ্কে) উদাসীন থকা অৱস্থাত জনপদসমূহৰ অন্যায় আচৰণৰ কাৰণে সিহঁতক ধ্বংস কৰাটো তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ কাম নহয়।
