Translation of the meanings Ayah: (44) Surah: Al-Qasas
وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ ٱلۡغَرۡبِيِّ إِذۡ قَضَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَى ٱلۡأَمۡرَ وَمَا كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ
আর মূসাকে যখন আমরা বিধান দিয়েছিলাম তখন আপনি পশ্চিম প্রান্তে উপস্থিত ছিলেন না [১] এবং আপনি প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীদেরও অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিলেন না।
[১] পশ্চিম প্রান্ত বলতে সিনাই উপদ্বীপের যে পাহাড়ে মূসাকে শরীয়াতের বিধান দেয়া হয়েছিল সেই পাহাড় বুঝানো হয়েছে। এ এলাকাটি হেজাযার পশ্চিম দিকে অবস্থিত। [ইবন কাসীর; ফাতহুল কাদীর]
