Translation of the meanings Ayah: (8) Surah: Al-Ahzāb
لِّيَسۡـَٔلَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ عَن صِدۡقِهِمۡۚ وَأَعَدَّ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا
সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাদের সত্যবাদিতা সম্মন্ধে জিজ্ঞেস করার জন্য। আর তিনি কাফিরদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রেখেছেন যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি [১]।
[১] অর্থাৎ আল্লাহ কেবল অংগীকার নিয়েই ক্ষান্ত হননি বরং এ অংগীকার কতটুকু পালন করা হয়েছে সে সম্পর্কে তিনি প্রশ্ন করবেন। [কুরতুবী, মুয়াসসার]
