Ayah: 24

وَٱتۡرُكِ ٱلۡبَحۡرَ رَهۡوًاۖ إِنَّهُمۡ جُندٞ مُّغۡرَقُونَ
আর সমুদ্রকে স্থির থাকতে দিন [১], নিশ্চয় তারা হবে এক ডুবন্ত বাহিনী।
[১] মূসা আলাইহিস সালাম সঙ্গীগণসহ সমুদ্র পার হওয়ার পর স্বাভাবিকভাবে কামনা করবেন যে, সমুদ্র পুনরায় আসল অবস্থায় ফিরে যাক, যাতে ফির’আউনের বাহিনী পার হতে না পারে। তাই আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাকে বলে দিলেন, তোমরা পার হওয়ার পর সমুদ্রকে শান্ত ও আচল অবস্থায় থাকতে দাও এবং পুনরায় পানি চলমান হওয়ার চিন্তা করো না- যাতে ফির’আউন শুষ্ক ও তৈরী পথ দেখে সমুদ্রের মধ্যস্থলে প্ৰবেশ করে। তখন আমি সমুদ্রকে চলমান করে দেব এবং তারা নিমজ্জিত হবে। [দেখুন, তাবারী]
