Ayah: 24

وَلَهُ ٱلۡجَوَارِ ٱلۡمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِي ٱلۡبَحۡرِ كَٱلۡأَعۡلَٰمِ
আর সাগরে বিচরণশীল পৰ্বতপ্ৰমাণ নৌযানসমূহ তাঁরই (নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন) [১];
[১] جوار শব্দটি جرية -এর বহুবচন। [ইরাবুল কুরআন] এর এক অর্থ নৌকো বা জাহাজ। এখানে তাই বুঝানো হয়েছে। منشتٔات শব্দটি نشأ থেকে উদ্ভূত। এর অর্থ ভেসে উঠা, উঁচু হওয়া অর্থে, এখানে নৌকোর পাল বুঝানো হয়েছে যা পতাকার ন্যায় উঁচু হয়। [ইবন কাসীর; কুরতুবী]
