Translation of the meanings Ayah: (48) Surah: Ar-Rahmān
ذَوَاتَآ أَفۡنَانٖ
[১] এখান থেকে প্রথমোক্ত জান্নাতের প্রস্রবণ দু'টির বর্ণনা দেয়া হচ্ছে, যেগুলো জান্নাতীগণ লাভ করবে। বলা হচ্ছে, ذَوَاتَٓاافْنَانٍ অর্থাৎ উদ্যানদ্বয় ঘন শাখাপল্লববিশিষ্ট হবে। এর অবশ্যম্ভাবী ফল এই যে, এগুলোর ছায়াও ঘন ও সুনিবিড় হবে এবং ফলও বেশি হবে। পরবর্তীতে উল্লিখিত উদ্যানদ্বয়ের ক্ষেত্রে এই বিশেষণ উল্লেখ করা হয়নি। ফলে সেগুলোর মধ্যে এ বিষয়ের অভাব বোঝা যায়। [কুরতুবী, ইবন কাসীর]
