Ayah: 21

وَلَحۡمِ طَيۡرٖ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ
আর তাদের ঈন্সিত পাখীর গোশত নিয়ে [১]।
[১] অর্থাৎ রুচিসম্মত পাখির গোশত। হাদীসে এসেছে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লামকে কাউসার সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হলে তিনি বললেন, এটা এমন এক নহর যা আমাকে আল্লাহ জান্নাতে দান করেছেন। যার মাটি মিসকের, যার পানি দুধের চেয়েও সাদা আর যা মধু থেকেও সুমিষ্ট। সেখানে এমন এমন উঁচু ঘাড়বিশিষ্ট পাখিসমূহ পড়বে যেগুলো দেখতে উটের ঘাড়ের মত। তখন আবু বকর রাদিয়াল্লাহু ‘আনহু বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! এগুলো তো অত্যন্ত আকর্ষণীয় হবে। তিনি বললেন, যারা সেগুলো খাবে তারা তাদের থেকেও আকর্ষণীয়।” [মুসনাদে আহমাদ ৩/২৩৬, তিরমিয়ী ২৫৪২, আল-মুখতারাহ ২২৫৮]
