عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ
তাদের চেয়ে উৎকৃষ্টদেরকে তাদের স্থলবর্তী করতে এবং এতে আমরা অক্ষম নই।
