Ayah: 12

وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ ذَاتِ ٱلصَّدۡعِ

এবং শপথ যমীনের, যা বিদীর্ণ হয় [১],

[১] যমীন বিদীর্ণ হওয়ার অর্থ উদ্ভিদ উৎপন্ন হওয়া। [ইবন কাসীর; সা‘দী] মুজাহিদ বলেন, পথবিশিষ্ট যমীন যা পানি দ্বারা বিদীর্ণ হয় অথবা যমীন যা বিদীর্ণ হয়ে মৃতরা পুনরুত্থানের জন্য বের হবে। [ফাতহুল কাদীর; সাদী] তবে প্রথম তাফসীরটিই বেশী প্ৰসিদ্ধ।
