Ayah: 5

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا بَنَىٰهَا
শপথ আসমানের এবং যিনি তা নির্মাণ করেছেন তাঁর [১],
[১] অর্থাৎ শপথ আকাশের ও যিনি তা নির্মাণ করেছেন তাঁর। এ- অর্থানুসারে ‘মা’-কে ‘মান’ এর অর্থে নিতে হবে। [তাবারী] আয়াতের আরেক অর্থ হচ্ছে, শপথ আকাশের এবং তা নির্মাণের। এ অবস্থায় ‘মা’-কে মাসদারিয়ার অর্থে নিতে হবে। [কুরতুবী]
