Translation of the meanings Ayah: (34) Surah: Al-Baqarah

Ayah: 34

وَإِذۡ قُلۡنَا لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ ٱسۡجُدُواْ لِأٓدَمَ فَسَجَدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِبۡلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
Ug (hisguti) sa diha nga Kami miingon ngadto sa mga anghel: "Yukbo kamo sa atubangan ni Adan[6]". Ug diha-diha sila miyukbo, gawas kang Iblees[7]; nibalibad siya tungod sa garbo, busa nahimo siyang sa manlilimod"
[6]. Aron sa pagpasidungog, pagtahud ug sa pagtimbaya.
[7]. Nga gikan sa mga Jinn ug dili gikan sa mga anghel.
