وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ
3. И откъде да знаеш ти какво е Бедствието?

يَوۡمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلۡفَرَاشِ ٱلۡمَبۡثُوثِ
4. Деня, в който хората ще бъдат като пръснати пеперуди

وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ٱلۡمَنفُوشِ
5. и планините ще бъдат като разпокъсана вълна...

فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ
6. Онзи, чиито везни натежат,

7. ще има живот в доволство,

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ
8. а онзи, чиито везни олекнат,

فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةٞ
9. завръщането му е бездна.
