يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ
21.他惩罚他所意欲者，怜恤他所意欲者，你们只被召归于他。
