Ayah: 21

وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
و هیچ چیزی نیست مگر اینکه خزانه‌های آن پیش ماست و (لیکن) آن را جز به اندازۀ معین نازل نمی‌کنیم.
