وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ

و ما هیچ (اهل) قریه‌ای را هلاک نکردیم مگر آنکه (برای هلاکت آنها) اجل نوشتۀ معلوم بود.
