مَّا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ

و هیچ امتی از اجل خود نه پیش می‌افتد و نه پس می‌مانند.
