Ayah: 30

قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ
به مردان مؤمن بگو: چشمان خود را (از نگاه به نامحرمان) بپوشند و شرمگاه خود را حفظ کنند و پاکدامنی ورزند، این برایشان پاکیزه‌تر است، زیرا الله از آنچه انجام می‌دهند، آگاه است.
