وَكَانَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ تِسۡعَةُ رَهۡطٖ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ

و در آن شهر نه نفر بودند که در زمین فساد می‌کردند و هیچ اصلاح نمی‌کردند.
