Ayah: 40

أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
آیا ندانسته‌ای (تو ای مخاطب) که پادشاهی آسمان‌ها و زمین از الله است؟ (لذا) هر که را بخواهد عذاب می‌دهد، و هر که را بخواهد می‌بخشد. و الله بر هر چیزی قادر است.
