Ayah: 123

وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ

و ما این چنین در هر قریه (دهی) مجرمان را بزرگان‌شان قرار دادیم تا در آن دهات، حيله (و فساد) کنند. اما جز به ضرر خودشان حیله سازی نمی‌کنند و (لیکن) نمی‌فهمند.
