Translation of the meanings Ayah: (96) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَلَوۡ أَنَّ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّقَوۡاْ لَفَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم بَرَكَٰتٖ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبُواْ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
و اگر اهل شهرها (که به آنها پیغمبر فرستاده شد) ایمان می‌آوردند و پرهیزگار می‌شدند، البته بر آنها (دروازۀ) برکات از آسمان و زمین را می‌گشودیم، و لیکن (به جای ایمان آوردن) تکذیب کردند. پس آنها را به سبب آنچه می‌کردند (به عذاب) گرفتار کردیم.
