Ayah: 29

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ

29. Verily, (during the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
