Ayah: 93

۞ إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُونَكَ وَهُمۡ أَغۡنِيَآءُۚ رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ ٱلۡخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

Blame is only on those who ask you for exemption even though they are affluent. They are content to stay behind with the helpless^[72], and Allah has sealed their hearts so they do not know.

[72] i.e., women who stayed home.
