Ayah: 117

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ

(117) And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.
