رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ
(2) Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish[669] that they had been Muslims.
[669]- On the Day of Judgement or at the time of death.
