Ayah: 3

وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ

(3) And [to] others of them who have not yet joined them. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
