Translation of the meanings Ayah: (48) Surah: Ar-Rūm
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابٗا فَيَبۡسُطُهُۥ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُ وَيَجۡعَلُهُۥ كِسَفٗا فَتَرَى ٱلۡوَدۡقَ يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلَٰلِهِۦۖ فَإِذَآ أَصَابَ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ
48. It is Allāh Who sends forth the winds to raise a cloud, then He spreads it forth in the sky as He wills, and He breaks it up so that you see the rain coming forth from inside it. When He causes rain to fall upon whom He wills of His slaves 'of mankind and jinn', immediately they are joyful.
