Ayah: 19

أَفَمَنۡ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِي ٱلنَّارِ
19. Is then, one against whom the Word of Torment is justified (equal to the one who avoids evil)? Will you then save him who is in the eternal Fire?
