Ayah: 62

ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٞ
62. Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is the 'sole' Disposer of the affairs 'of His creation'.
