Ayah: 7

ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُم بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ
7. Those who do not give the purifying alms², and are deniers of the Hereafter.
2. i.e., Zakah, the obligatory poor-rate.
