Ayah: 9

ثُمَّ إِنِّيٓ أَعۡلَنتُ لَهُمۡ وَأَسۡرَرۡتُ لَهُمۡ إِسۡرَارٗا

9. Then surely I announced to them (the Message) in public and I secretly spoke to them in private;
