Ayah: 25

مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٖ مُّرِيبٍ
Tout individu qui refusait avec acharnement de s’acquitter de tout droit qu’Allah lui a imposé, transgressait les limites d’Allah et doutait des promesses et des menaces d’Allah.
