Ayah: 43

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ
C’est Lui qui réjouit et fait rire celui qu’Il veut et c’est Lui qui attriste et fait pleurer qui Il veut.
