وَدَّ كَثِيرٞ مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَوۡ يَرُدُّونَكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ إِيمَٰنِكُمۡ كُفَّارًا حَسَدٗا مِّنۡ عِندِ أَنفُسِهِم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّۖ فَٱعۡفُواْ وَٱصۡفَحُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَأۡتِيَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَمۡرِهِۦٓۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
109. Nombreux sont les gens du Livre qui voudraient, par jalousie et de leur propre initiative, vous rendre mécréants après que vous êtes devenus croyants et après que la vérité leur est apparue évidente. Pardonnez et passez (sur les fautes) jusqu’à ce qu’Allah fasse parvenir Ses ordres. Allah est de Toute chose Infiniment Capable !
