بَلۡ مَتَّعۡنَا هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَءَابَآءَهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ طَالَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡعُمُرُۗ أَفَلَا يَرَوۡنَ أَنَّا نَأۡتِي ٱلۡأَرۡضَ نَنقُصُهَا مِنۡ أَطۡرَافِهَآۚ أَفَهُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ
44. Nous avons en réalité laissé jouir ceux-là et leurs pères jusqu’à ce que l’âge leur parût long. Ne voient-ils donc pas qu’en sévissant (contre les mécréants) Nous prenons la terre et en réduisons les extrémités ? Sauraient-ils donc être les vainqueurs ?
