Translation of the meanings Ayah: (154) Surah: An-Nisā’
وَرَفَعۡنَا فَوۡقَهُمُ ٱلطُّورَ بِمِيثَٰقِهِمۡ وَقُلۡنَا لَهُمُ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡبَابَ سُجَّدٗا وَقُلۡنَا لَهُمۡ لَا تَعۡدُواْ فِي ٱلسَّبۡتِ وَأَخَذۡنَا مِنۡهُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظٗا
154. Nous dressâmes au-dessus (de leurs têtes) le Mont pour avoir leur engagement, et Nous leur enjoignîmes : « Entrez par la porte, prosternés », et Nous leur dîmes aussi : « Ne transgressez pas le Sabbat. » Et Nous prîmes sur eux un engagement solennel.
