Translation of the meanings Ayah: (5) Surah: Fussilat
وَقَالُواْ قُلُوبُنَا فِيٓ أَكِنَّةٖ مِّمَّا تَدۡعُونَآ إِلَيۡهِ وَفِيٓ ءَاذَانِنَا وَقۡرٞ وَمِنۢ بَيۡنِنَا وَبَيۡنِكَ حِجَابٞ فَٱعۡمَلۡ إِنَّنَا عَٰمِلُونَ
5. Ils disent : «Nos cœurs sont recouverts d’un voile (qui les sépare) de ce à quoi tu nous appelles, nos oreilles sont frappées de surdité, et entre nous et toi il y a une barrière. Agis donc (comme bon te semble) car (pour notre part) nous agissons (à notre manière). »
