وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ
28. C’est Lui Qui fait descendre la pluie bénéfique après que (les hommes) en désespèrent, et répand Sa grâce, Lui le Protecteur, le Digne de Toute Louange.
