Translation of the meanings Ayah: (21) Surah: Al-Ahqāf
۞ وَٱذۡكُرۡ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذۡ أَنذَرَ قَوۡمَهُۥ بِٱلۡأَحۡقَافِ وَقَدۡ خَلَتِ ٱلنُّذُرُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦٓ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
21. Évoque donc le souvenir du frère des ‘Ad (Hûd), lorsqu’il vint avertir son peuple à Al-Ahqâf, alors qu’avant et après lui ceux qui avertissent étaient déjà passés: « N’adorez qu’Allah ! Je crains pour vous le supplice d’un très grand jour. »
