Translation of the meanings Ayah: (95) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
ثُمَّ بَدَّلۡنَا مَكَانَ ٱلسَّيِّئَةِ ٱلۡحَسَنَةَ حَتَّىٰ عَفَواْ وَّقَالُواْ قَدۡ مَسَّ ءَابَآءَنَا ٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَٱلسَّرَّآءُ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
95. Puis Nous avons substitué le faste au néfaste, et lorsqu’ils eurent prospéré ils dirent : « Aussi bien le malheur que le bonheur ont touché nos pères. » Alors, Nous les emportâmes subitement sans qu’ils ne s’en aperçoivent.
