Ayah: 21

وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
21 Nous détenons les trésors de toute chose que Nous ne dispensons aux créatures que dans une mesure bien déterminée[685].
